Compared to the situation in 2020, delivery times are even more problematic this year. On the one hand, demand for laptops has risen sharply (keyword: home office) and on the other hand, the production capacity of laptop manufacturers and suppliers for components has fallen because of Corona. Overall, this means that standard delivery times for laptops have become twice to three times as long, and manufacturers' delivery specifications are being adjusted more frequently.

In order to counteract the delivery bottlenecks, we have already placed large pre-orders for all laptop models in the range together with our distribution partners in mid-December 2020. Many models are already in stock or will be delivered within the sales wave. Unfortunately, we still have to expect longer waiting times for certain models, as we are sometimes faced with delivery times of up to 6 months.

We do our utmost to supply all our customers with their desired device as quickly as possible and, if this should not be possible, to provide a reasonable alternative. Below you will find the latest information on the current delivery situation for the various manufacturers, and if you have any questions about the availability of a particular model, we are always there for you on our support channels.

Apple

Our distribution partner DQ Solutions has taken large quantities of various MacBook models and configurations in stock. Especially the new MacBook Air and the new MacBook Pro 13 with M1 chip are well available. For devices that are not in stock, the delivery time is a bit longer than usual with 8-10 weeks.

iPads are not quite as available as MacBooks, and for variants that are not in stock, an exact delivery date is not always possible.

HP and Lenovo

We are in close contact with our distribution partner Computacenter TS GmbH and with both manufacturers. We receive news on delivery dates from our partners at least once a week.

Sale from stock

Some models from past sales waves are still available directly from stock. Some of these units are a bit older, while others are still very current. These units are available while stocks last and they can be delivered within 1-3 days after payment. All units include full Neptun support and a 3-year international warranty.
