Surface for Business All our offered Surface Go3, Pro 9 and Laptop Studio are Surface for Business models. Surface for Business devices offer you several advantages over the commercial Surface models.
- Windows Pro: The Surface Business models each have Windows 11 Pro as opposed to Windows Home on the Surface consumer models.
The Pro version of Windows gives you some handy features like BitLocker encryption, Windows Information Protection (WIP), support for Active Directory and more. - Advanced exchange: In the event of a warranty claim, you will first receive a replacement unit before you have to send in your own Surface. You can set up your new Surface and transfer your data in peace. This way, you don't have to deal with long waiting times in case of a repair.
- Improved hardware: Some of the more powerful configurations are only available as Surface for Business.
The laptop should serve you well for years. That's why Microsoft's Surface models come with a 2-year international Microsoft warranty.

Unfortunately, an extended warranty option is not available for the Microsoft Surface models.
If you have any technical problems or questions, our support team will help you via e-mail or in person at a Help Point. Should you ever have to send your laptop in for repair, we will provide you with a rental laptop (free of charge for our student customers).
As a Neptun customer, you can benefit from preferential support conditions: For our student customers and pupils, the first hour per support case is free of charge!

Important information about the offer
The Surface Pro 9 models with the 5G (WWAN / LTE) option are only available with the SQ3 ARM processor. Corresponding configurations can be ordered in the online store. However, we do not recommend them as a primary or stand-alone work device due to the partly still lacking compatibility with common programs in school and studies.

New in our lineup is the Microsoft Surface Hub 2S, which is certified for Microsoft Teams. The Hub 2S is a multifunctional presentation display that can be used as a conference screen or as a digital whiteboard for presentations. Available in 50" & 85" screen sizes.
