Alumna, Alumnus

Active (paying) members of official alumni associations of Swiss universities are allowed to use our offers. However, it is possible that not all offers are available for alumni: e.g. hardware orders outside of waves are not available to alumni. Any further restrictions will be mentioned by the respective manufacturer.

The validation method available to you is "validation via code". You will receive the current code from your alumni association in the member newsletter or you can find it on the login-protected member portal. Alumni associations that have not yet received a code for their members can contact us via email.

Order instructions

1. Select the offer you would like to order. After clicking on "order now" you will get to the validation page where you can choose between "SWITCHaai / eduID Authentication" and "Validation via Code".
2. Please click on "Validation via Code", enter your first name and surname, your alumni email address and your former university. If your alumni organization does not provide you with an email address, you can enter a private email address.
3. Under Code you enter the code you received from your alumni organization for the current semester.

After validation, you will be redirected to the online store of the corresponding distribution partner. You can shop in the online store as usual.
