Students at Swiss institutions of higher education (university, ETH, university of applied sciences, university of teacher education, colleges of higher education) who have reached the age of 18 and are

• studying for a Bachelor's, Master's, PhD/Doctorate, Swiss Federal Diploma, Swiss Federal Diploma of Higher Education or a HF diploma
• or are pursuing further education leading to the following degrees: Postgraduate studies NDS Höhere Fachschule HF, CAS, DAS, MAS

can order via Projekt Neptun. All employees of the above-mentioned institutions are also eligible for ordering.

Furthermore, employees of the following institutions are entitled to order:

• University Hospitals
• Research institutes of the ETH Domain (EAWAG, EMPA, PSI and WSL)
• CERN
• FMI
• Employees of university spinoffs/startups up to 5 years after foundation

The closed online stores can be accessed via SWITCHaai / eduID login. If you are enrolled but do not yet have your login data, you can send us your enrollment confirmation via email to receive a code for validation.

Members of colleges of higher education usually do not have a SWITCHaai / eduID login and can access the closed online stores via code.

Special case of UAS / UTE / HE first-semester students with laptop obligation

First-semester students of a UAS / UTE / HE with laptop obligation can order in the fall before the official wave opening. Interested schools can contact us by email to obtain a code for their students.
