Due to rising component prices for RAM, graphics cards and SSDs, we expect a general increase in prices as well as limited availability of laptops over the course of the year. We therefore recommend purchasing a laptop earlier rather than later in the year. You can find more information on this info page.

In the Fall Wave 2021, you could apply for a prepaid credit card at neon and use it to pay for your purchases via Projekt Neptun. In return, you benefited from a cashback payment of CHF 50. 

In addition, you received a starting credit of CHF 10 for the neon free account and CHF 20 for the neon green account.

The average processing time for the payment of the cashback is two weeks according to neon. If you have not received your cashback, you can contact the neon service directly via email. 

Please write to service@neon-free.ch and send your customer number (which you can see in your neon app). Please do not send any other sensitive data, such as your account balance or transaction details.
