Neptun Help Points
You can find our Help Points at the University of Lucerne, the University of Basel and the ETH Zurich Zentrum and Hönggerberg. If you do not live or study near a Help Point, we can support you via remote maintenance software.
You can also spontaneously walk past a Help Point during the opening hours indicated. We recommend that you inquire by telephone shortly before you visit the Help Point whether the support employee has time for your case or whether you have to expect waiting times: +41 44 632 72 00.
