You can find our Help Points at the University of Basel, the PHBern, the University of Lucerne and the ETH Zurich Zentrum campus. If you do not live or study near a Help Point, we can support you via remote maintenance software.

To get on-site support, you need an appointment. Please get in touch (click on the green "Need help?" tab on the right side and then click on "Open a support ticket") with us and describe the problem. Our support will get back to you within 24 hours.

Order Information

You can track the order status of your laptop in our distribution partner's customer account. For HP and Lenovo you can access your customer account here. Apple orders can be tracked here. Samsung orders can be viewed in your customer account on the Samsung website.
