Neptun Help Points
You can find our Help Points at ETH Zurich Center, the University of Lucerne, the University of Basel, and the vonRoll University Center (PH Bern, University of Bern). If you do not live or study near a Help Point, we can support you via remote maintenance software.
To get on-site support, you need an appointment. Please get in touch (click on the green "Need help?" tab on the right side and then click on "Open a support ticket") with us and describe the problem. Our support will get back to you within 24 hours.
