We are available online Monday through Friday. Please open a support ticket if you have technical problems with your laptop. To do so, click on "Need help?" on the right and then select "Open a support ticket". We will get back to you within 24 hours.
Our support staff is not on-site at fixed opening hours as we do not offer walk-in support. We will arrange an individual appointment with you. Please note that you need a confirmation for an on-site support appointment at the Help Point.
