We are available online Monday through Friday. Please open a support ticket if you have technical problems with your laptop. To do so, click on "Need help?" on the right and then select "Open a support ticket". We will get back to you within 24 hours.

The opening hours shown indicate when you can book an appointment. Our support staff are not always on site and walk-in support is therefore not always possible. Please note that you need a confirmation for an on-site support appointment at the Help Point.
