Support Fees
We are happy to help you with your laptop or with registering your warranty case with the manufacturer. Many problems can be solved via e-mail (kontakt@projektneptun.ch). This type of support is free. For complicated problems or for our special services, we will ask you to come by one of our help points. Our prices are fair and student friendly, and the first hour of support per support case is free for students with Neptun devices.
Walk-in customers are welcome at our help points, but we cannot guarantee immediate service if it is a busy day. You can also contact us via phone (+41 44 632 72 00) or e-mail to arrange for an appointment.
Students with a Neptun device can borrow laptop computers for up to four weeks free of charge if their own laptop has to be repaired. For all other Neptun customers the same service is available for a fee of CHF 50.
For customers without Neptun devices an hourly rate of CHF 160.- applies (40.-/h for students) and no flat fees are available.
