We are happy to help you with your laptop or with registering your warranty case with the manufacturer. Many problems can be solved via email. This type of support is free. For complicated problems or for our special services, we will ask you to come by one of our help points. Our prices are fair and student friendly. The first hour of support per case is free for students with Neptun devices.

We only can provide support at our Help Points with a scheduled appointment. Please contact us first via support ticket (klick on "Need help?" on the right) or email, even in an urgent case.

Students with a Neptun device can borrow a laptop for up to four weeks free of charge if their own laptop has to be repaired. For all other Neptun customers the same service is available for a fee of CHF 50.

For customers without Neptun devices an hourly rate of CHF 160.- applies (40.-/h for students) and no flat fees are available.
