The Projekt Neptun Help Point at ETH Hönggerberg

ETH Zurich’s modern campus, ETH Hönggerberg, is located on the outskirts of Zurich. Planning for the “outstation near the centre” began as early as 1955 and since then, ETH Hönggerberg has developed into a unique campus that links science, business, and the general public. More than 12’000 people work or study at ETH Hönggerberg and a lucky few hundred even get to live right on campus. Since many of these people are Neptun customers, we established a Neptun Help Point at Peter-Debye-Weg 13 on the ground floor near the student apartments, where we offer advice and support everyday except on Tuesdays. Our friendly support staff can help you with repairs, solve software problems, or recommend the ideal device for your studies.

A big feature of our Help Point at ETH Hönggerberg is our sharing space with Dataquest. You can get different supplies for your Apple device just as headphones and different wires. There is also a pick up possibility!

You will also be able to test and see the Lenovo devices you can get for Neptun prices in this store in the time of our Neptun Wave Fall starting on the 3^rd of September!

During the summer break, the Help Point at ETH Hönggerberg is open everyday except Tuesdays from 10.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. You are welcome to drop by to get your device looked after, or just to enjoy a coffee or cold drink with our support staff.
