Neptun x Dicota Sleeves
We attach great importance to a sustainable and fair production of our sleeves. For this reason, we have been working with Dicota for many years. The sleeves are adapted to the size of the offered laptop models and produced for us.
You can order the sleeve that fits your device during the sales window in the online store of our Windows or Apple sales partner. If you need a sleeve between the Neptun waves, you can pick one up at our Help Point ETH Zurich Zentrum Campus (by appointment only, payment with TWINT or by card), at our office at ETH Zurich Campus Hönggerberg (during indicated opening hours, payment with TWINT) or at the IT Services & Help Desk of the University of Bern (payment by card) and pay on site.
You didn't buy your laptop at Projekt Neptun? We recommend that you stop by one of the locations mentioned above with your laptop and pick out the appropriate laptop sleeve on site.

10'' - 14'' neoprene sleeves
Older sleeve models in sizes between 10'' and 14''. Take your laptop with you to find the perfect fitting sleeve.

You can track the order status of your laptop in our distribution partner's customer account. For HP and Lenovo you can access your customer account here. Apple orders can be tracked here. Samsung orders can be viewed in your customer account on the Samsung website.
