If you have technical problems with your Neptun laptop, you can send us a problem description and we will get back to you within 24 hours. To do so, click on "Need help?" on the right and then select "open a support ticket".

If we cannot solve the problem via email, you will receive a personal appointment at one of our Help Points during the respective opening hours. We operate Help Points at the University of Basel, Bern vonRoll, University of Lucerne and ETH Zurich Zentrum and Hönggerberg.

Please note that not all support services are available at all locations. The first 60 minutes of support per case are free of charge, after that support fees apply.

For all warranty cases, please contact the manufacturer directly.
