Due to rising component prices for RAM, graphics cards, and SSDs, there have already been price increases for individual devices when reordering. We will communicate any price adjustments as soon as possible. We expect the availability of laptops to deteriorate further over the course of the year. We therefore recommend purchasing a laptop early in the year. You can find more information on this info page.

If you have technical problems with your Neptun laptop, you can send us a problem description and we will get back to you within 24 hours. To do so, click on "Need help?" on the right and then select "open a support ticket".

If we cannot solve the problem via email, you will receive a personal appointment at one of our Help Points during the respective opening hours. We operate Help Points at the University of Basel, Bern vonRoll, University of Lucerne and ETH Zurich Zentrum and Hönggerberg.

The first 60 minutes of support per case are free of charge, after that support fees apply.

For all warranty cases, please contact the manufacturer directly.
