During this time, we're happy to help you by email. Alternatively, appointments can be arranged in Zurich. Appointments at our Bern location are available on request before and after the holiday period.
We’re available online Monday through Friday. Please open a support ticket if you’re having technical issues with your laptop. Click on "Need help?" on the right and then select "Open a support ticket". We’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
The displayed opening hours show when our Help Point is open. If you need help with your laptop, we always recommend contacting us by email/ticket in advance to schedule an appointment so we can make sure we have time for you. We can’t guarantee that we’ll always be on site or available for walk-in customers (customers without a support appointment).
